This post is all about the 5 best YouTubers to help start your fitness journey.
You’re always saying to yourself that you need exercise and get in shape, but you never do. Why? Because exercising just makes you more tired. You feel as if there are better things you could be doing for yourself. You’ve gone ‘X’ years without exercising so going a few more days, months, or years shouldn’t hurt, right?
Well obviously, you’re wrong. (I’m just kidding! Just kidding.) If you want a healthy and long-living life, you need to have some sort of activity in your life. You definitely do not have to be into high-intensity workouts or try and lift super heavyweights. You just need to get your body moving. Yoga. Running. Stretches. Anything. Allow your body to do what it was meant to do.
First things first, remember that the goal should not be to look like victoria’s secret model but to become a healthier version of you (despite the title of this post). Strengthen your heart muscles and build endurance.

My Experience
It took me many years to finally take the plunge and start exercising. I pretty much exercise almost every day. The days I don’t exercise are when I lose track of time and forget or if I’m so sore the next day that I know that my body needs a break. Most of the time if I’m sore in certain muscle groups, I’ll just exercise other muscle groups.
Anyway, I decided to share with you how I exercise every day and which Youtubers I watch for exercising from home as a beginner. There are plenty of workout YouTubers out there but I narrowed down this list to the five Youtube Channels that I utilize the most to reach my fitness goals.
This post is all about the 5 best YouTubers to help start your fitness journey.
Disclaimer
I am not an expert in exercising whatsoever, hence why I previously mentioned that I am a beginner. This post should be read at your own risk and should be read for informational purposes only. I cannot guarantee that these YouTubers can help you reach your bikini body or fitness goals in general but it’s a good start on your fitness journey. Keep in mind that for you to see results, you have to be consistent, eat well, and intentionally rest so your muscles can heal for you to get back into it stronger.

Let’s begin.

5 Best YouTubers To Help Start Your Fitness Journey
1. MadFit
MadFit was one of the first YouTubers I ever started watching when I wanted to reach my fitness goals. Firstly, she’s very toned so she already has a form of authority. On top of that, she has 6+ million viewers and also has her own MadFit app! What a successful woman for sure.
I tried some of her videos and I love that her background is always simple with some small pop details such as a plant in the corner or the texture on her back wall. So overall her setup is easy on the eyes and makes you want to be happy and motivated.
For her actual content, she makes her videos very engaging and fun. She used to be a dancer and has even created dance workouts to recent pop songs that came out.
The biggest bonus is that her workout videos aren’t too long either. The videos I follow along with range from about 5 minutes to 18 minutes long.
If you’re a beginner at working out, MadFit is a great place to start because she has all sorts of exercises for many different levels of expertise in exercising.
2. Lilli Sabri
Lilli Sabri is one of the new YouTubers that I’ve started watching. So far I’ve only been doing one of her workout videos and it’s her Slim and Toned Legs in 7 Days. Let me just say that it BURNS. You can feel it in your thighs and you can especially feel it in your hamstrings.
It wasn’t until I found Lilli Sabri that I realized you could work your hamstrings. I know that some full-body workouts do work the hamstrings but this video really makes you feel like you are targeting them.
This video is only 8 minutes long and is totally doable. She’s very motivated and the music she chose on this video was the perfect tempo to do your exercises too.
For now, this is the only video I’m going to stick with but I do expect to do more exploring later on when I get bored of this one.
3. Allblanc TV
Allblanc TV is also a new YouTube channel that I’ve been using to do my daily exercises.
I actually found out about this from my aunt during the times when I hadn’t started exercising yet. She was always telling me “all you need is to exercise 5 minutes a day and you’re set”. She would also mention that I would get a boost of energy to go on the rest of my day too.
Obviously, me being stubborn didn’t believe her until she had me and my cousin do Allblanc TV’s 5-minute workouts. The first one we did was the 5 Minute Home Workout You Can Do Every Morning. At first, it was really easy cause it starts you off with squats and lunges but then you start doing arms and ab workouts and you start losing your breath.
Five minutes doesn’t sound like a lot but with these 5-minute workout videos, you don’t get breaks. These workouts are sort of intense and they will get you tired. Especially if you’re new to the whole working out thing.
I had not been working out before I did this video and I was so sore the next day. Especially around the abs. I also do his 5 Minute No Gym Full Body Workout and 5 Minute Belly Fat Blast.
4. LucyLFitness
LucyLFitness is helping me meet my bikini body and booty goals.
If you look up her channel, you will see that she has TONS of workouts that target your lower body, especially your glutes.
The first video that I exercised with was Exercises to FIX Imbalanced Glutes! I know for sure that my glutes are getting more toned and shaped. Before, I always thought that I was flat back there and now videos like Lucy’s are helping me grow my glutes.
Of course, I do not only do these glute workouts so my butt may be growing from the various other exercises I do too. But if I want to feel like I am specifically working my glutes and want to feel the sore of my glutes (lol who wants that) then I would go to LucyLFitness.
A unique thing that I’ve noticed about some of her videos is that she explains to you which muscles are being worked with each exercise that she shows you.
The video I mentioned earlier on imbalanced glutes is one of the examples of her showing which muscle groups you are working on.
5. Chloe Ting
I found out about Chloe Ting when the 2 Week Shred Chloe Ting Challenge blew up on social media. I tried it once and it was SO difficult.
Her channel has a lot of before and after results and looking at all these results is so impressive and inspirational. I’m sure you’ve heard of Chloe Ting and her challenges before. If you haven’t, try it out.
I haven’t gone back to her videos yet just because it’s a bit too intense for me and it actually makes me feel unmotivated because I need so many breaks. So, I’ve been building up my body to get stronger, and then eventually, I will try Chloe Ting workouts again.
The main reason I included Chloe Ting on this list is because of her before and after results videos. They are so convincing so how could I not share Chloe Ting with you.
I’m sure when I get more motivation to work harder, I’ll try Chloe Ting workouts and have significant before ad after results too. If you want results too, try out Chloe Ting’s workout videos.
Ending Note
These were the 5 YouTube channels that I think you should consider checking out if you want to start your fitness journey. I pretty much shared with you all the videos that I watch but in addition to exercising with these youtube channels, I also do cardio on the treadmill at the gym and stretch.
After starting my fitness journey, I can see my body getting more toned and I am slowly but surely losing body fat. My love handles aren’t as prominent either so that is a big plus for me.
I hope you liked this list of YouTube channels to exercise with. Do you follow youtube videos to exercise? Who else do you watch and learn from? Let me know in the comments. Thank you so much for reading and have a great day.

This is such a helpful post, and thanks for the recommendations! I’ll have to look up some of these videos because I wouldn’t mind trying them out, especially the glutes and leg workouts. I love yoga but have never been a fan of cardio, but these channels sound great.

I’m glad you find them intriguing!! I use MadFit’s videos the most. Especially her workouts that use dumbbells.
